Stress is very unhealthy but it may be the things that you do to your body that cause your stress. <p style="text-align: justify;">Tackling stress starts with you. The first thing that you need to do is look at you and how you are living your life. <p style="text-align: justify;">One thing that gets to people the most is that they care too much about what others think about them. This is a problem for many people. Some people care so much that they stress and even make themselves sick. You need to be happy for you and only you.
