If someone is in a bad mood and they seem to take it out on you then you need to relax and not take it personally. Again, as long as you are happy with you then you will remain healthy and stress free. Taking things personal causes people to worry and try to reach expectations that might be impossible. You can only do what you can do and be happy with who you are.
You have to treat yourself every now and then. The best way to treat yourself is to do something that you really enjoy or buy yourself a gift. Maybe you never get flowers and you get so jealous when you see the women in your office receive them and you don’t. There is nothing wrong with sending yourself a dozen flowers for achieving a goal or for just feeling good about yourself. Remember that no one else will love you unless you are capable of loving yourself. Treat yourself because you deserve it and you like yourself. You are allowed to enjoy life too.
Having fun is a big factor to living a stress free lifestyle. You need to have a good time with life and the things that you do. You can have a good time even when you are doing things that you dread. Make fun times of things that might seem mindfully painful. Bring music that you enjoy, post photos of your favorite people and sayings around your workspace, and create a fun atmosphere. Having fun is important to little stress and you will feel much better too.
