Whether you are walking for only 15 minutes a day or doing aerobic exercise, you need to get on a routine and stick to it. Don’t drive to go look at the lighted palm trees this holiday. Everyone should get bundled up and walk and see them. Exercise is healthy and makes you feel good because it releases the hormones in the brain that stimulate the happy feelings that you feel.
As people get older they try to live like they did when they were a kid. It is common for people to think they can go without sleep like they used to. The problem is that you begin to really need your sleep. The body needs it’s sleep and it is required to think clearly and have an ability to function properly. Without sleep you might be a big grouch and even stressed. You may not feel stressed but you may be putting too much stress on the body and put yourself into a sickness. Sleep is a factor that the body needs and if you need to catch up and spend an entire day on sleep then do it. Your health is more important than a deadline or you may miss many deadlines because of a sickness.
